Shipping & Returns


Full priced clothing (excluding vintage) and shoes may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. All vintage, apothecary, swim, lingerie and sale items are FINAL SALE. All other items may be returned for a store credit only. All product must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. Vestige does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE. 

Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. In order to make a return request and receive a Return Authorization number, please contact Please note that product returned without a Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery. Vestige is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured. 

Items purchased from may not be returned to our brick & mortar store location prior to an authorized return request. store credit is not transferrable to our brick and mortar store location. Please contact with any additional questions or inquiries regarding your online purchase.



Items may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or store credit only. Original tags must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return. Store returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt. All vintage, apothecary, swimwear, lingerie and sale items are FINAL SALE. Domestic orders: We offer a flat $12 shipping fee for anywhere in the US. If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please use code: PHILLYLOCAL at checkout to waive shipping fee. 

International orders: We offer a flat $40 international shipping fee worldwide. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. Vestige is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees.
