Please note, our policies differ between online and in-store.
These items are considered FINAL SALE in both locations: all Home, Books, Vintage, One-of-a-kind, Apothecary and Intimates. Items purchased on sale or promotion are also FINAL SALE.
STORE RETURN POLICY
We do not issue refunds for items purchased in-store. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase date. Store credit expires 1 year from the issuing date.
WEB RETURN POLICY
Clothing and Shoes are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Jewelry and Accessories are eligible for store credit. All other items are FINAL SALE including all Home, Books, Vintage, One-of-a-kind, Apothecary, Socks, Hair Accessories and Intimates. Items purchased on sale or promotion are also FINAL SALE.
Please note that all B Sides reworked vintage jeans are one-of-a-kind and available for store credit or exchange only.
All products must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. Vestige does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are FINAL SALE. Store credit expires 1 year from the issuing date. Refunds to original payment methods incur an 5% restocking fee.
All international orders are FINAL SALE. Vestige is not responsible for any customs or import duties; any fees assessed by customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
1. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.
2. To start your return, simply log into your account [here] or email us at returns@shop-vestige.com to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery. Vestige is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.

PROMOTIONS
Please note that promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. All items purchased on promotion or sale are FINAL SALE.
SHIPPING
Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship the same day.
Domestic orders: We offer a flat rate for shipping within the US. Additionally, customers can add "signature required for delivery" service for an additional fee.
Standard $16 flat shipping
Expedited $35 flat shipping
Signature Required - $5 additional fee
International orders: We offer three rates for international shipping fee worldwide, dependent on destination. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. Vestige is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@shop-vestige.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
Australia & New Zealand - $65 flat shipping
Canada - $30 flat shipping
All other countries - $50 flat shipping
Additional Shipping Fees: For packages exceeding a weight of 10 lb. or large items requiring special handling such as ceramics, we will contact the customer to provide a shipping quote and discuss the customer’s preferred method of shipment.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc), therefore Vestige is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
STORE PICK UP
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is store credit/exchange only.
