Shipping & Returns



We want you to LOVE your purchase and are happy to help in any way we can! We are always on hand to send extra photos and measurements and answer any questions by phone or email. 

That being said, we know that sometimes things aren’t meant to be. We try our best to accommodate our customers and are as flexible as we are able when it comes to returns depending on the item. As such, our return policy differs across categories - let us walk you through it!

All product must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. Vestige does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are Final Sale. 

To make a return request: 

1. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. 

2. Please email us at returns@shop-vestige.com to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery. Vestige is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.

Any orders that are requested to be canceled before they have shipped will incur a 3% restocking fee. Shop-vestige.com online store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar store location. Please contact returns@shop-vestige.com with any additional questions or inquiries regarding your online purchase. 



Please note that promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. 



Domestic orders:
We offer two flat rates for shipping within the US, dependent on your order total. Additionally, customers can add "signature required for delivery" service for an additional fee.

Orders over $30 - $12 flat shipping
Orders under $30 - $8 flat shipping
Signature Required - $5 additional fee 

International orders:
We offer three rates for international shipping fee worldwide, dependent on destination. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. Vestige is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@shop-vestige.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

Australia - $65 flat shipping
Canada - $30 flat shipping
All other countries - $50 flat shipping

Curbside Pick Up: 
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we are available for curbside pick up Mon-Fri from 11am - 5:30pm. We ask that you wear a mask and give us a call or knock upon arrival. Please note that Vestige is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc).
