We want you to LOVE your purchase and are happy to help in any way we can! We are always on hand to send extra photos and measurements and answer any questions by phone or email. 

That being said, we know that sometimes things aren’t meant to be. We try our best to accommodate our online friends and are as flexible as we are able when it comes to returns depending on the item. As such, our return policy differs across categories - let us walk you through it!  

The following are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit (with the exception of vintage and sale items):

The following are eligible for store credit only

     Jewelry
     Ceramics
     Handbags
     Hats
     Scarves
     Kitchen
     Candles and Incense

The following are Final Sale items:

     Vintage Clothing
     Sale items
     Apothecary and Food items
     Swim
     Lingerie
     Books and Stationery
     and International Orders 

All product must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. Vestige does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are Final Sale. 

To make a return request: 

1. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. 

2. Please email us at returns@shop-vestige.com to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return package that you are sending back to us. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery. Vestige is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.

STORE RETURNS

We are so glad you stopped in to say hi! We hope you got a chance to spend some time with us, try things on and take it all in. 

For purchases made in our brick and mortar shop, we are able to accept returns for exchange or store credit only for the following items: 

     Clothing and shoes (excluding vintage and sale items)

Original receipt must be present at the time of return and all product must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached. Store returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt. Vestige does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE.

 

SHIPPING 

Domestic orders: We offer a flat $12 shipping fee for anywhere in the US. If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please use code: PHILLYLOCAL at checkout to waive shipping fee. 

International orders: We offer a flat $40 international shipping fee worldwide. Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. Vestige is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@shop-vestige.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
