Olive Oil from Wonder Valley. It is buttery, herbaceous, fruitful and grassy. Made from a special blend of Taggiasca, Ascolano and Arbequina olives; certified extra virgin grade by The California Olive Oil Council. The olives are hand-picked young, yielding a greener oil full of polyphenols, the powerful antioxidant associated with longevity.
