C. CASSIS makes blackcurrent and vibrant botanical liqueur, jars and apertifs in the Hudson Valley, New York. Founded by Rachael Petach. Blackcurrants were illegal to grow in the US for the last 100 years, now they are not and we love that. Enjoy.
