The Kindness Not Hot Sauce from Hosa. Sweet Carmen chiles from Wanderwood Farm are bright and fruity without any noticeable heat. Combined with apple cider vinegar for a chile sauce with a balance of sweet, sour, and savory to bring fermented chile flavor to whatever you eat, even if you can't take the heat of most hot sauce.

HOSA is small-batch fermented hot sauce made slowly in the Pacific Northwest, valuing art, honest food, and sustainability. They ferment and blend simple ingredients into complex flavors, for a sauce that is an ingredient for cooking as well as a condiment.
