Salted Currant Compote from C. Cassis. Sweet and salty magic made from salt-cured blackcurrants, hand harvested blackcurrants, C. Cassis liqueur, fresh lemon, ginger and a very special traditional forest honey. Use on crusty toast, buttery cheese, yogurt, ice cream, roast chicken or grilled meats, and sometimes even crudo. Refrigerate after opening.
