They are made in Mexico by artisans who create supremely unique small batch chocolate from basic local ingredients that are elegant, raw and bold for complex palettes. Each flavor of chocolate bar is achieved by testing unique combinations of local ingredients sourced from Mexico's rich plant life. Available in six amazing flavors.
SEA SALT: The astonishment of the bold Criollo chocolate paired with sea salt on the tongue sends a savory kick like the piquancy of an ocean wave.
PINK PEPPERCORN 70% DARK CHOCOLATE: When dried, the rosy pink peppercorn berry becomes an extraordinary spice, prized for its delicate peppery flavor. Blended with heirloom cacao, the woody, scarcely smoky undertone and back notes resembling Angelica and Juniper are fragrant in the mouth, presenting a warm, citrus-pine flavor with a faint oral note.
CACAO NIBS: A pure yet layered blend of rich dark chocolate peppered with raw cacao nibs from the prized Criollo bean.
SPECULOOS COOKIE 70% DARK CHOCOLATE: The crisp yet soft texture of handmade speculoos cookie forms a delicacy complimenting the bitter dark chocolate with wafer biscuits and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and ginger.
COFFEE & CACAO SHELL: This ground Ethiopian coffee & cacao shell chocolate was made in collaboration between Casa Bosques & Canyon Coffee of California. Together they believe in the ritual of coffee to bring us together, adding warmth and indulgence to daily life. The texture of this chocolate, a melding of the purity of the cacao shell with the earthy tones and subtle fruit notes of the coffee, creates a simple yet layered chocolate. Coffee origin: Gedeb, Yirgacheffe. Roasted in Los Angeles.
ROASTED CASHEW BARK: The epitome of a proper chocolate bark, full of slowly roasted jumbo organic cashews embedded in a 74% chocolate.
To preserve the quality of the chocolate bars, keep them in their original packaging, away from humidity, air, light and heat. In order to make the most of their freshness, we recommend that you consume them within 2 months of your purchase.

Casa Bosques Atelier creates a line of artisanal, handmade chocolates featuring the rare and pure white bean cacao “Criollo,” grown by a smallholder ranch in Chiapas, Mexico. The artisans at the Casa Bosques Atelier strive for elegant, raw, bold, unfussy avors for complex palettes, combining basic ingredients in small batches until the perfect chocolate is produced.
